Frequently Asked Questions
Our mission is to help you achieve the American dream of home ownership! Unlike traditional lease agreements, our innovative lease with an option to own program grants you specific responsibilities in return for the potential future opportunity of home ownership. Each home is delivered in as-is condition allowing you to make updates – paint the kids’ rooms, finish the basement, make it your own!
You start by filling out an application and being fully approved. Each home requires a minimum option fee and a monthly lease payment that varies based on the home you select. The option fee is what you pay to secure the home for the next 10 years. Until you can purchase, there is a year-to-year auto-renewing lease that is very similar to a standard rental lease, with the exception that all responsibilities of maintenance and upkeep are yours during this time as its your home!
We know life just happens. We are not particularly interested in your FICO score. We value integrity, a history of paying your rent on time, and the ability to afford your home payment without stressing your lifestyle. Even if you’ve been turned down for a mortgage or other loan, don’t have the full option, reach out and tell us about yourself. We are flexible and think differently!
This program is only for people that want to own a home for themselves and/or their loved ones. If you want to simply rent a home, this offer is not for you.
Our homes are available only as part of our rent-to-own program. If you want to purchase a home right now, this offer is not for you. You must rent for at least 12 months before you can purchase the house.
We only show houses to approved applicants. Please fill out the application in order to see the inside of the home of your choice.
In order to take occupancy of one of our homes, you need to be an approved applicant, have the first month’s rent, one month of security and the option fee available at the time of signing.
Any person who will reside in the home aged 18 years or older must fill out an application and consent to a credit and background check.
